Dr Mike Dash is a legend among seekers after the truth, a man with such a huge store of peculiar information at his fingertips, that his brain is so occupied he often forgets to stay standing up, and falls over. This is the only reasonable explanation for it, as he doesn't even drink. He also happens to be the man in control of Bizarre's future, so be nice to him. And he's a proper grownup, with a wife and kid and mortgage.
